Hello,

Thank you for visiting my profile here on deviantART. My name is Mike and I am a qualified and professional Illustrator.

Over the years I have tackled a variety of art styles and as a result my skills span from pencil drawn designs to three-dimensional miniatures, photography, Stop-Motion animation and digital painting. My experiments within these individual methods have collaborated to form my current visual style. I have a passion for detail and enjoy capturing texture and realistic lighting effects. As a result my work tends to be rather atmospheric and powerful.

Despite my interest in fictitious creatures I like to harness a sense of realism and history within my designs. My work balances on the divide between plausibility and fantasy.

You are so talented! Your art is so aesthetically pleasing and pops with contrast that I'm surprised you aren't front-paging everyday. You definitely deserve more publicity.
